Myofascial Release (MFR)
Fascia is a connective tissue that stretches throughout the body like a 3D web that goes from the top of the head to the tips of the toes. It involves every muscle and organs in our bodies on a cellular level. Therefore, the healthier and more malleable it is, the healthier we will feel our muscles, blood vessels and osseous structures (bones).

There are ways that can diminish the way fascia works throughout our bodies. Some are very clear, such as tissue scarring either from surgery or accidents. Following the idea above that fascia is a connective tissue going from head to toes, if you have any significant cut in the body it is bound to affect how fascia works and impact on the rest of the system. It is said that the scarring of fascia goes very deep in the body and can restrict movement and depending where it is, can affect breathing and other bodily functions. Other ways less clear where fascia can be affected is repetitive movements for long period of time, habitually poor posture or dehydration. Therefore, a treatment of Myofascial Release (MFR) is always welcome to help the fascia to go back to its natural state of fluidity and suppleness.

MFR techniques are gentle, safe and high effective in reducing tension; enhance mobility and pain relief and structural balance, therefore, promoting relaxation and wellbeing.
